Home Theatre is the combining of Audio and Visual equipment to create an in home experience of being in a movie theatre.

These days the viewing and listening experience watching a movie from your home cinema can be alot better than the movies.

A lot of people purchase home theatre packages, finding once getting all the equipment home that it is more complicated and confusing than first expected. Comright will set up your equipment, then sit down and train you on how it all works.

Alot of things are taken into account when setting up your home theatre, such as Speaker positioning, Display type and postioning, the correct cabling to give you the absolute best picture and sound from your equipment.

An AV receiver is the heart of your home theatre system , we recommend an AV receiver that does composite to HDMI video conversion as an absolute minimum. The reason for this is one cable connects to your TV and the panel stays on the one HDMI input, the receiver switches all the picture and the sound for your DVD, Foxtel ect... Where as if your receiver has no video conversion for every piece of equipment connected you would have to change the AV input on the TV (for picture) and then change the amp to the corresponding input (for sound). This can get annoying and takes all the ease of use out of your system. I personally would prefer to spend a little more on an AV receiver that does what i want well, instead of getting something thats inferior and will end up costing the same money on all the extra cables that need to be run to connect everything directly to TV and the amp.

 

Whether its just connecting your amp and tuning your speakers to your room, to a fully automated room with lighting control and a master remote.

Imagine being able to sit at your theatre chair and with one touch of a button your projector turns on, the lights dim, all your equipment turns on and changes to the correct input and you are ready to watch your favourite movie.
